Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose:
- Economy: $4.90 for orders under $200.
- Economy shipping is free on orders of $200 or more.
- Standard: $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb, and $9.90 for orders between 1 lb and 5 lb.
Delivery times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days.
- Standard: 2 to 4 business days.
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier, weather or other events outside our control may occur.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Damaged, lost or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, never arrives, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at hello@collectionsbyruby.com and we will help make it right.
